Genuine KitchenAid 5 Quart and 6 Quart Professional Planetary Assembly. The planetary assembly is found in all KitchenAid 6 Quart 600 Pro Stand Mixers, as well as 5 Quart mixers including the KitchenAid 5 Qt Professional HD Stand Mixer and the KitchenAid 5 Quart Professional 5 Plus Stand Mixers. This planetary assembly will replace a damaged, separated or bent planetary and comes in many different colors. This is a genuine KitchenAid Stand Mixer replacement part; all of our parts are New Original KitchenAid Parts.

The planetary assembly comes in several colors so that you can match the color exactly to your mixer color. The planetary assembly is made up of the agitator shaft that your beaters hook to, a colored housing disc that will match your mixer, a pinion gear and a long center shaft. The planetary housing and center shaft are machine pressed together, if it has separated there is no way to push it back together, the planetary must be replaced. The center shaft goes up into the gearcase of the mixer and it is where the worm follower gear -W11086780 and bevel gear - WP9703337 Sit. Will fit New Generation KitchenAid Mixers KP2671, KP26M1X, KV25, KT2651, KG25, KM25 and variations of these models.

This planetary assembly comes in many colors, the 4 most popular colors are White, WP9708172, Empire Red, WP9708180, Onyx Black, WP9708176 and silver 9709575 made by KitchenAid. PLEASE NOTE, this planetary has been redesigned it no longer has the groove in it for the shaft seal.
